At first glance, I can see that you've taken a unique approach to this -

The girl in the illustration is quite well-done, with her facial features picked out well indeed (I particularly like the eyes and freckle detail; nicely done). SHe is determined, with dedication as she slips out and begins her journey. Your use of perspective to portray her descent is very nice as well (not a lot of people get that right; nice work).

The brickwork is well-done here, with depth being given to make the whole picture stand out. There are only a few things I would pick up on with the building itself - firstly, not all of the bricks would be lined at the same height; some would be sticking a hair out further than others. It's a little thing, but it adds depth still further - and you're a good enough artist to start thinking of this.

Also, the window at the lower-right of the illustration is a bit off in my eyes in terms of perception - where is the focus for the window? What angle are we lookg at it from? It appears to be a much different angle than the other windows here.

Otherwise, you've done very well indeed - your choice of colors is nice, with more subdued tones chosen to set the mood. Your night sky is picked out well, and your overal feeling portrayed here is of tension and anticipation - anticipation of starting a new adventure, tension in the hopes that one will not be caught before it begins!

Very nicely done - only a few minor things that could be improved for next time, but otherwise very well done indeed. I look forward to seeing more from you in future.
