I've heard of a whip called the "Cat O-Ninetails". Ain't that fascinating.
Meet Mr. O' Ninetales, a grouchy old whip who lives in the wooden district of Factory. He has a habit of disliking youngsters and cake and has a bitter view on the future. Only because he lost his best friend and his best student.
I love his beard, he looks like a gnome or a generic wizard.

Is that just me, or Mr. O'Ninetails seems to lack a neck and 2 more tails (though he might've lost the tails somewhere in a battle)?
Overall, he's an awesome old grump with, indeed, a lovable beard and fangs.
And I love how sad, not angry, but sad and tired his eyes are.
