It's not a Mario RPG with out a Mario Bros parody, am I right?
Winston Chester is a pistol and the sherif near the wooden district. He's a real John Wayne type of character: brave, tough, and sticks to the laws of his town. He's a real cowboy.
Winafred Chester on the other hand is a rifle and a general near the central square. He's a little more strict.
Before you guys complain about guns in Mario, I'd like to point out that Geno has guns in his arms quite literally.
